Stock & identification
Can you cross-reference part numbers from other brands?
Yes. Share the OEM or aftermarket number, dimensions, application details, or a photo of the label or old filter and we’ll match the right equivalent fast.
Do you offer like-for-like alternatives when a brand is out of stock?
Absolutely. We’ll propose quality-matched equivalents across multiple manufacturers so you can choose by availability, brand preference, or price.
Can you identify a filter without a part number?
Usually, yes. Tell us the machine or application, dimensions, connection type, and send any photos — our team can identify most filters accurately from that.
Do you manufacture bespoke or obsolete filters?
Yes. We can create custom or like-for-like replacements for obsolete parts. Share a drawing, spec or sample and we’ll advise on feasibility and lead time.
Delivery & collection
What are your delivery options?
Next-day courier across mainland UK, plus free local van deliveries in selected areas for qualifying orders. Same-day options may be possible — ask the team.
What are your trade counter hours? Can I collect?
Yes, collections are welcome at our Ilkeston site during trade counter hours, Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:30pm. Call ahead and we’ll have your order ready.
Do you supply oils and accessories as well as filters?
Yes, we also supply selected oils and filtration accessories. Ask for current stock and delivery options.
Testing & services
What’s included in a site survey or filter management visit?
An asset list, condition check, efficiency recommendations, labelled picking lists for kits, and a clear view of usage and spend — so you can plan maintenance confidently.
How often must LEV systems be tested?
Most LEV systems must be thoroughly examined and tested at least once every 14 months to comply with UK regulations. We can arrange qualified testing and reporting.
What does an oil analysis check for?
A standard panel looks for wear metals, contamination such as water or particles, and oil health indicators. We’ll supply sampling kits and clear results to act on.
Can you ultrasonically clean my filters or components?
We offer ultrasonic cleaning for suitable components, and some filter types, within size and weight limits. We’ll confirm what can be cleaned, turnarounds and QA checks.
Should I clean and re-use engine air or cab filters?
No. Cleaning these filters can damage the media, increase wear and fuel use, and may void warranties. We recommend replacing them on schedule.
